園長のご挨拶
子供にとって色々な意味で最も大きな影響を受ける時期は、幼稚園時代 です。この年齢の時に楽しい思い出をたくさん子供たちに与えることが親の責任であり、幼稚園の責任です。そのために、いるか幼稚園を楽しいところにしたいと願っています。
子供にとって次に大切なことは、体力、知力、精神力の調和のとれた 発達です。これが教育の目的であり、人生の大きな目的です。この目的の ためにいるか幼稚園は日々の努力を積み重ねて参りたいと思います。
もう一つ大切なことは、子供が自分で考え、自分で自信を持って行動できる能力を身につけることです。それを助けるために教師はやさしい 愛の心をもって子供たちを指導しています。
最後に、いるか幼稚園は子供たち自身の興味を呼び起こし, その興味に従って学ぶことができるように努めています。この方法が最も効果のある教育法であると信じています。

The most influential time for children growing up is during their early stages of life. It is both the parents & the schools responsibility to give children positive and pleasant memories at this age. At Iruka Yochien, our goal is to provide fun and memorable experiences for the young developing mind.
The next important key is balanced development coordinated with intellectual, spiritual, and physical growth. This is the main purpose of our education and future. We will continue to make every effort to achieve this purpose everyday.
Lastly, we encourage all of our students to discover and learn through experience and to develop a variety of interests. I believe these are the most effective educational methods.
